Accommodations Pricing
Resort Room (single / double occupancy) $469/night. Plus applicable tax
 
Room Attendant Fee: $3.00 per room, per day.

 
Hotel Cut-Off Date: March 29, 2027 (group rates 3 days prior/post - space available basis).

Taxes & Fees: Hotel Occupancy Tax: 13.07% (subject to change); Sales tax 9.1%.

Historic Preservation Fund: $14.00 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax.

Parking : Complimentary self-parking over contracted dates for all in-house, registered attendees.
 
Deposit Policy: A one-night deposit is due at the time booking
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellable up to 48 hours prior to arrival.  Should guests cancel within 2 days prior to arrival they forfeit one night’s room/tax.  Arrival and departure date changes must be made 2 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties.  Early departure fee is one night room plus tax.  Check in time is: 4:00 PM; check out is 11:00 AM.
