About the Meeting
This two-day course will provide dedicated instruction in musculoskeletal ultrasound of the upper extremity including didactic lectures and supervised hands-on workshops with ultrasound scanning of live models. The content of this course will include a comprehensive review of anatomy and pertinent pathology of the upper extremities. Topics will include pathology of joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and peripheral nerves.
Target Audience
This CME Activity is primarily designed to educate radiologists, rheumatologists, orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, physiatrists, sonographers, and others in the field of musculoskeletal medicine.
Educational Objectives
Attendees should, at the completion of this course, be able to:

Utilize ultrasound to assess the upper extremity.

Describe the components of upper extremity ultrasound techniques.

Identify major anatomical structures of the upper extremity using ultrasound.

Recognize common pathology of the upper extremity as seen with ultrasound.
No special educational preparation is required for this CME activity.

Registration Information
Tuition includes all course materials, including a comprehensive electronic color course syllabus, daily continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunch on Saturday afternoon. Early registration is strongly suggested. There will be a $100 surcharge for anyone registering after
October 31, 2024. Minimum and maximum attendance levels have been established for this meeting. If your registration cannot be accepted, you will be issued a full tuition refund.
Cancellations must be received in writing by sending an e-mail to
cancel@edusymp.com. There is a $100 processing fee applied to all cancellations. Cancellations made in writing prior to
October 26, 2024 will be issued a refund for the amount of tuition paid less the $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made on or after
October 26, 2024.
